Gurnness brewery/museum. Pretty darn cool and informative, and if it's a clear day, an excellent 360º view of Dublin. After 7 floors of museum, ya walk up to the bar, and a cold one's waiting for you. I've never had a Guinnes without waiting/salivating first. I kind of threw me off.
