Ok, this photo definately needs some explaination to gain justification. The horizontal white stripe is actually thousands of mobile campers. So frickin bizarre, they didn't gather for a sporting event or a horse race, but just for a big mobile home kind of festival. No tents allowed, only vehicles. Again there were thousands of them, that part must be reiterated.
