Check it out, this is Sporta Båze Biali. It's about a kilometer (uphill) outside the city of Valmeira. So strange, I came out of a thick forested road, and suddenly saw this BMX course, campgrounds, and a large ski jump. Apparently you can get saunas, steam baths and even rent canoes here. I just paid, set up camp, showered and went back into town for dinner. This just seemed so out of place since I hardly see anybody riding bikes, the economy seems pretty poor in inland Estonia, and this is soo resorty.
