Carcassonne. In the 13th century it was home to the Cathars. They believed like I do that God's kingdom was locked in battle with Satan's evil world. Humans were evil at heart, having been inspired by Satan to revolt against God after bieng driven out of heaven. Like me the Cathars also believed that, a pure life, followed by several reincarnations, would free the spirit from its satanical body. The perfect ones followed a vegitarian life and obstained from sex. Maybe I too will be burned as a heretic.
