Don't know what this building is, but I was riding around Paris seeing the sites, and this building seemed pretty impressive. So many buildings in Paris were impressive.

Almost as impressive were the Parisian baguette sandwiches. What put them over the top was that they were squashed in a hot waffle iron and served warm and toasty (and relatively cheap). Ummmmmm good.

Because of cash flow issues, I never went in any of the museums in Paris, but I had already accepted that this was a bike trip, not a see the sights with a chick trip.
